Crucified And Enjoying Cake

.
I have to go to Social Services today and pick up a budget letter, but I can't get the energy to get up and get gone. That is the pain that I would like to avoid as long as possible. Those motherfuckers are the biggest pains in the ass that you can ever imagine. The lines and the waiting and the wondering. It's just annoying every time you have to go up there and deal with those hapless people.

Sometimes I don't know either to hate them or feel very sorry for them. The pay much be wonderful to deal with what they have to deal with, but I don't think so. I think the pay sucks just as much as the fucking job. Being a Social Worker is no picnic and I don't assume it to be so. So, I just stay out of their hair as much as humanly possible. And with a reduction in all of their useless appointments just to go in and be seen, well, it is getting better to navigate than it was once before.

This, no doubt because more and more Americans, more and more of the middle class are finding themselves on public assistance. In the past when everyone suspected of being on public assistance was deemed slackers and lazy are now being redefined. Now your factory worker who has put his ten hard years on the job is now collecting food stamps to make ends meet. Now the office clerk is on public assistance. Now everyday Americans, because of the financial downturn of the country, are clawing and scratching and finding that dealing with the insanity of the very services that they paid into for years fucks around with them.

I see it this way. I've worked every day of my life since I was sixteen. I was paying taxes at sixteen years of age. No shit. I really was. I was a foot messenger during school recess, and got paid on the books, and they took money out of my check each and every week for public services. Now I got fired at the ripe old age of 45, that means that I've been paying into Social Services for 29 years. Now think about that. Paying into social services for 29 years. Further, or rather, on TOP of that shit, I have never been fired or laid off all of my life for that 29 years. So I've been paying into unemployment for all that time also.

Now, at 45, I get fired for something stupid. I get fired because my fucking boss doesn't want to look bad. I was fired for something that I should have been reprimanded for. So that's fine. I'm out of a job, so what's the first thing that you do when you find yourself unemployed? File for unemployment. Now I was already homeless about the time that these fucks DIDN'T get back to me. I had to call them and leave messages for three days, and when I did get to a snotty shit that had some answers she tells me that I've been declined. Imagine that shit.

You're homeless in the streets by this time, and your insurance policy that you have been paying into for 29 years has the balls to decline you a cent. Where am I supposed to go now? Where? I went to Social Services, that's where! Now here's the rub. These shitheads really want me to feel bad that I find it impossible to work and I'm not on Disability yet. Asking to get on disability is no walk in the park, but the way I see it, I paid into that shit for 29 years also. And these fucks at Social Services think that they have the legs to stand there and deny me two or three years, or whatever it takes to receive their starvation handouts after I paid nicely into all of these services that were supposed to help me in my time of need and not drown my ass in red tape?

What kind of shit is this. You know what it is. It's the same wack attack shit that the legislators are pulling on the American public every day. Americans are taxed out the ying yang every week and the politicians continue to bitch that the problems are because we are spending too much money on programs to help Americans. They are spending too much money on giving back to Americans the money that we entrusted them with to support us when we need it. Like a fucking insurance company, this country is no longer custodians of our hard earned bread, but instead, want you to continue to make your payments, and when you get into a car accident, they find some loophole not to cover you for your expenses. The plan: Pay up, not Pay out.

And politicians aren't too shy to give themselves raises constantly. Something should be done about that shit. Americans should get together and lower the pay of the legislators. When politicians forget how many homes that they own, there's a problem with the equation when the average American finds it hard to hold onto ONE. This government is supposed to be for the people BY THE PEOPLE. Which always meant that the politician was supposed to be from the common man, not from the rich families of this country. Not from the elitists. They were supposed to be people who knew what the common man wanted and needed. Nowadays, our politicians are so removed from us that they don't even know or want to experience life in the private sector. They'd rather die than leave office now.

Cut the pay to legislators in half and you'll balance the budget in five years, and them bitches will still be million- aires in 5 years time. Cut it by 5/8ths and you'll have a surplus in 5 years, and you will not have to cut ANY services to Americans, and them bitches will still be millions in 7 years. Unless we the people stand up for ourselves and take back the house and the senate, just replacing the president year in and year out ain't going to do shit. And politicians know this shit too. There needs to be a third party in this country, and I'm not talking about the Tea Party. I'm talking about a real reformist party who are not trying to replace themselves with the legislators, but instead REMOVING them as the leeches on the legs of this country that they really are.

It's time to take back this country, and we can't just sit back any longer and ask one guy in one political office to do it for us. We have to do it for ourselves.
