British dress designer Samuelle recently moved to Brooklyn. She works with each bride to design a custom wedding dress. I adore this chic short number, don't you? It works beautifully with the bride's hair, shoes and a tiny bunch of flowers.P.S. A $5 wedding dress. Score!
