Oh my goodness, I'm in love with this beautiful room. Everything from the vintage frames to the topiary to the flickering candles are just gorgeous, don't you think? But most of all, I adore that hanging bulb. Any idea where you might find one?
We just got this Star Egg Nightlight for the nursery. The lamp has tiny pinpricks, so "stars" are scattered all over the walls and ceiling. It makes bedtime feel so magical. I keep daydreaming about rocking the baby in the middle of the night and pointing out fake constellations.
When I did this Cookie house tour, I thought the Todd Boontje hanging lamp looked really cool. But I figured it belonged in a nursery...
But then I saw the same lamp in the bathroom of Pia's Paris apartment. So sexy!
Yesterday, I stumbled upon the lamp again in the amazing home of stylist Cheri Messerli.

A while ago, I posted about exposed light bulb pendants, but some readers were worried that the light might be too bright. Enter this half-mirrored light bulb, which directs the light upwards. Problem solved!
