Dante and Dylan are no different. Although they are best friends and buds, there are those times where war breaks out between them. It appears that Dante is always the victor in these confrontations, as these pictures will attest.
PART I: WAR
Note that Dante is in the dominant position, and Dylan in the submissive.
Dylan makes a defensive move, but still from a subordinate position. The look on Dante's face is quite determined.
Here, Dante controls the situation just by the look in his eyes. It's a staredown!
Dylan keeps a very submissive posture in the glare of Dante's gaze.
And lowers his head to King Dante.
Dylan shrinks further and further away ...
... until he concedes defeat and slinks off. The war, for now, is over.
PART II: PEACE
Most of the time, Dante and Dylan live a peaceful co-existence.
They each do their own thing, but they like to be near each other.
Oops! Maybe Dylan got a little too close, there. Those tailwinds can be disconcerting.
Sometimes, the mancats co-operate in checking things out.
And checking each other out.
It's nice to have a sidekick!
Someone who makes you feel comfortable.
And sometimes, gives you a little kiss.
We leave you now on a peaceful note with our mancats blissfully reunited. Without a little war, now and then, how would we even know the real significance of peace?
