From the Library: Distinctive Voices

The vocal traditions represented in today's program hail mostly from the Western tradition: opera, shape-note, folk music; but there are a few outliers: Finnish and Balkan female singers; and a couple right off the map, such as Tuvan throat singers. I hope you enjoy the variety.
